It demands a heightened level of dedication to acquire this valuable skillset. There's a few things you need to plan for in advance prior to taking the first step towards making the shift.
A mindset shift is necessary from 'hopeful' networking to 'intentional' networking and Trusted-Relationship building.

The Champion Shift Member Journey Benefits:
1. Alpha Team Leadership
Alpha Team Leaders, Alpha Team Members, or Members of the Community must qualify to become Champion Certified and stay certified annually. Once "community members" successfully complete the Member Journey, they unlock a whole new world of benefits as Champion Certified members. These exciting benefits (more shown below) involve leveraging H7's cutting-edge technological platform and trusted relationships to consistently grow their business through the power of word-of-mouth marketing. As a Champion Certified member, they also have the opportunity to step into a leadership role as an Alpha Team Lead, where they can build their own Alpha Team. By surrounding themselves with an Alpha Team, members can tap into the true potential of this transformative journey.

2. Earn Renewal Credits
Alpha Team Members or Members of the Community must qualify to become Champion Certified and stay certified annually. Champion Certified members or Alpha Team members must complete all the required training (see required training below). Alpha Team members and members of the community, can earn renewal credits for any guests they bring who join our community. For every guest that you invite to visit H7, and the guest joins the community, the member now qualifies to earn Renewal Credits on their very next renewal date. Members can earn renewal credits of 10% of membership cost ($29 for “Standard” Memberships and $40 for “B2B” memberships).

Alpha Team Members Required Training: Complete CSA Certification & CSA Certification Technique Review annually (View Roadmap)
3. Earn Champion Certificates
When a member completes the requirements it automatically qualifies them as a 'Commissioned Champion'. All certificates will be mailed to the member's address on file. Certifications must be kept up with on a yearly basis to stay qualified as a Champion. All visitors that a member brings must have filled out sign in form including the member who referred them to H7 (we only credit a single member and not multiples)

Once a member commits to completing all the training, they will unlock a world of possibilities.
