
This policy is designed to provide clear and structured guidelines for managing the renewal, freezing, and cancellation of memberships within H7 Network. We aim to ensure transparency and effective communication between H7 Network Corp and its members regarding their membership status. By doing so, we strive to support our members in maintaining their connection with our community, even during times of personal difficulty. Additionally, this policy outlines the benefits and options available to members who may need to adjust their membership status. It is intended to promote a positive member experience by offering flexible solutions that cater to individual circumstances, while also safeguarding the interests of the organization. Through consistent application of this policy, we aim to foster long-term relationships with our members based on trust and mutual respect.
Communication and Engagement:
- In addition to reminder emails, members will receive up to eight personal emails from our team, aimed at reconnecting and enhancing their membership experience.
- A dedicated automatic email is also sent at six (6) months, specifically targeting members, to engage them in discussions about their experiences and to check in on the number of Trusted-Relationships they currently maintain or aim to develop within the network.
Refund Policy
Once a member joins H7 Network, LLC © or a subsidiary, refunds will not be issued for any reason. Membership fees are billed on an annual basis, in line with standard practices for national networking organizations.
Auto-Renewal Policy
1. Opting Out of Auto-Renewal
Members may cancel their membership and opt out of auto-renewal up to 30 days before their renewal date, without needing to provide a reason.
If cancellation is not submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew.
2. Auto-Renewal Reminders
To ensure members have adequate notice:
If no response is received after the full reminder sequence, additional follow-up or account action may be recommended.
3. Communication Method
All renewal and cancellation notices are sent via automated email to the member’s email address on file. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their contact information remains current.
4. Cancellation Fees
If a cancellation fee applies under the terms of the membership agreement, it is required and must be paid regardless of circumstance.
Membership Freeze Option:
1. Payment Requirement
To initiate a membership freeze, the member must process their renewal payment on the scheduled renewal date. The freeze begins once payment is received.
2. Eligibility for Freeze
Members who are temporarily unable to participate in H7 due to personal circumstances may request a 6-month membership freeze.

Choosing this option converts your renewal into a Legacy Renewal. Full details are available upon request.
5. Legacy Membership Validity
Legacy Memberships remain valid for up to 5 years without renewal interruption or penalty.

Auto-Renewal Policy after a Card has already processed
Members have the opportunity to opt out of Auto-Renew and cancel their membership thirty (30) days prior to renewal date. 3 Reminder emails are sent in increments starting at 60 days prior to Auto-Renew debiting any account.
Membership Cancellation after process Option:
If a member cancels after their payment has been processed, they will receive a refund of the membership fee minus a cancellation fee: $100 for Standard Memberships and $200 for B2B Memberships.
Cancellation requests must be clearly submitted to ensure proper processing and timely refunds.

Security Policy
Security Policy: H7 Network, LLC © uses a third party credit card processor to process all membership dues and payments. After payment information is entered, it is encrypted through the credit card processor and H7 Network, LLC © officers and employees (or anyone for that matter) cannot view or access the information on file. We are very diligent about the safety and security of our members financial information.
