Activate H7 (Member Journey): In the Activate H7 Workshop, you will discover the art of purposeful communication, enabling you to effectively convey your needs and connect with influential individuals. Alpha Team: A group of 5 to 7 enthusiastic members who willingly take charge of all H7 meetings, guided by a dedicated Team Lead, that desire to create predictable results from their word of mouth marketing.
Alpha Team Lead: A dedicated volunteer leader designated to build an Alpha Team around a focused Center of Influences. Responsible for conducting and sustaining the H& Signature Meetings with the assistance of the Alpha Team.
Alpha Team Builder Certification: This exclusive-certification is a prerequisite for members aspiring to become Certified Alpha Team Leads. By completing this certification training, Alpha Team Leads gain the necessary skills to construct a dynamic leadership team (Alpha Team) that fully supports their word-of-mouth marketing platform.
B2B Only: A B2B participant is someone who is a dedicated B2B professional with a clear focus on marketing TO other businesses.
B2B Virtual Meeting (B2BV): A dynamic and results-driven virtual meeting exclusively for B2B professionals, where the primary objective is for all participants to establish meaningful connections and fulfill their specific needs and requests.
Business Evolution Meetings: Weekly 'Virtual' groups are specifically tailored for individuals who have a strong desire to continuously learn and seek valuable guidance on various strategies to enhance their business and professional growth.
Center of Influence (COI): COIs act as the bridge between you and your prospects, creating a valuable connection. COIs are professionals who share the same target the same market as you but are not direct competitors.

These relationships serve as a strong foundation for members to achieve consistent and predictable results from their Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM) efforts. Take Massive Action (TMA) One to One: This exclusive form of one-on-one interaction is only available in Champion Training. It fosters a deeper connection between two professionals, making it effortless to introduce each other to potential opportunities.

The Champion Shift: The change in approach or narrative from referral partners to Champions and is achieved by taking all of the H7 training.
The Champion Shift Member Journey: The overall training program for H7. Members can earn a Champion Certificate by completing the full Member Journey of training plus other unique benefits inside the community. You can find the full journey on The Champion Shift tab. Members are required to have the B2B Membership or be on an Alpha Team to take this whole block of training. When Members are not on an Alpha Team or have a B2B Membership, they must upgrade to take this whole block of training.
Word of Mouth Marketing: A style of marketing where a person intentionally focuses primarily on the promotion of a product, service, or brand through positive recommendations, introductions and/or referrals from confident Trusted-Professional Relationships (learn more).
