Roy Haley is a United States Air Force 25-year veteran, entrepreneur and business partner, a strategist, a real estate investor, and a proud father. His passion is to help others build wealth passively through investing in real estate partnerships, joint ventures, and syndications. Building wealth through real estate investment is about leaving behind a legacy.
Roy is a seasoned financial manager, budget analyst and controller with over 30 years of experience across multiple industries and countries. He obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. His education and experience have enhanced his skills for investing and have contributed to the development of a 6-step Acquisition Model for real estate investment strategy and process.
In his professional career, Roy specialized in organizational and long-term financial strategic structures and has successfully grown and managed budgets in excess of $3 billion. Roy also has extensive experience in managing employees, human resource programs and payrolls exceeding $18 million. He is an expert in identifying wasteful financial and accounting practices and in designing financial models that enable organizations to optimize their cash flows. He was a key player in securing investment dollars in excess of $25M by creating and presenting business plans, offering memorandums, and financial presentations for multiple financial acquisitions. Roy has worked as a Chief Financial Officer for AmeriWest Holding Company, held a position on the Board of Directors for the Global Center for Advanced Studies, and has been a General Partner with Premier Equities Holding Group. His focus has been systematizing the financial, organizational, and long-term strategic structure of real estate investment partnerships and syndications.
Outside of his work life, Roy is an avid collector of antique oriental art ranging from Okinawan woodblocks to Chinese textiles. He has an extensive collection of pre-20th century books and enjoys watching movies with his daughter.

Andy’s academic background is in music education & performance at the University of Akron. While it may seem that there are few connections between music & real estate, he has found that the process of teaching someone how to play music and guiding them through the complex world of real estate is very similar. Since his music career ended, Andy has enjoyed a 20 plus year career in real estate.
In the real estate industry, Andy has held many titles. Realtor, brokerage sales manager, corporate trainer, business coach & Investor are some of the most significant. Actively working as a wealth building investor has been the area that he finds most satisfying and is most proud of. As an investor, Andy has renovated and resold more than 40 homes in the Cincinnati area. He also has numerous active long-term rental projects in the area. All of them are successfully producing positive cash flow. In 2020 he successfully launched a short-term rental property in the Norris Lake area of Tennessee. The property has consistent 5-star ratings and grosses $80,000 plus per year.
Andy is a licensed realtor in Ohio & Tennessee. He has been with Coldwell Banker since 2009. He has won numerous awards in all areas of real estate, including the Ohio association of realtor’s presidents club & Coldwell Banker International diamond society. Placing him in the top 10% of all agents nationwide. He also is a certified sales and leadership coach with Southwestern Consulting. As a coach with clients from all over the nation, he has worked with hundreds of real estate investors, agents, mortgage & title companies to help them grow their businesses. Andy uses his strong national network of connections to help his investors in ARC find success regardless of the market.
On a personal note, Andy enjoys outdoor activities. An avid hiker, he loves camping and has traveled to more than 30 states with his wife and 2 kids. The music bug never really left him either as he has developed a comprehensive vinyl collection of classic rock, blues and jazz music that he loves listening to in his spare time.
